Brittny is a Jacksonville transplant.  She grew up surrounded by the best soul food and Creole food that Mississippi and Louisiana had to offer, thus leading to a life commitment of eating nonstop.  Professionally, she is the event coordinator for The Happy Grilled Cheese and is the brand manager for our sister brand FindJaxFoodTrucks.  She considers herself an expert in Cajun food, tacos, cheeses of all varieties, and chicken nuggets.
