This Week’s Worst Health Inspection Violators

Each week, we intend to bring you a list of 5 restaurants with the largest number of health inspection violations.  Here is this week’s lineup of top offenders, whose violations included an employee using the bathroom then touching food without washing her hands, live roaches, rodent droppings, and live flying insects.

Employee put container of raw wings on top of open container of cooked wings while loading items into smoker. Raw wings dropped juice onto cooked wings.
