Chef Roderick “Sweet Pete” Smith returned to Jacksonville last year to open his own breakfast and lunch spot with his signature style- quality dishes accessible to anyone. After years in resorts managing huge kitchens with massive staffs and high end clients, Chef Pete wanted to take some of the concepts he had integrated and apply them to food for regular people. Chef Pete believes all people deserve freshly prepared, delicious food.
Join us as Chef Pete creates a Sunday afternoon brunch to tantalize your palate at his restaurant, Jax Diner. This event includes six courses and copious juices. Guests are welcome to bring their own beverages for mimosas or poinsettias.
First Course: Strawberry Pancake: House Sausage, Cane Syrup, Vanilla Essence
